Track and Field number 2

It has been pretty crappy weather out lately which forced me to take my track training in doors. I went to the ymca to run Tuesday and Wednesday after basketball. I hate running on the ymca track because of all the turns you have to make, it is hard on the knees. Oh well i just gotta suck it up until track season! Well yesterday and today are nice days and i took advantage of that i did workouts outside both days! I ran out to the country with a friend. We got chased by a dog for a while and then the dog gave up. Talk about conditioning that is the way to go; getting chased by a dog! So this weekend was a great weekend for running and i took full advantage of it! Basketball is coming to an end our last game is Tuesday. Every one should come and watch us beat east! well anyway i am happy and sad for basketball to end. Sad because i love basketball it's one of my favorite sports! I am happy because I get to move on to track my favorite of all the sports i participate in! February is a crappy month with a "love holiday" in it trying to make it better! That "love holiday" was failed to make February better! Track and field makes this month so much better! It cures the terribleness of February! I am pumped for track! This year is going to be a great year I know it! Plus I am going to keep up with my basketball for next year! I can not wait for track and field!  So Tomorrow is valentines day which is a bunch of crap! I hate it! Tomorrow is my last basketball practice and tomorrow is another day closer to track! I am so pumped!
